1. Acceptance
By accessing Identro, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. Identro is a product of Syrol Technologies Limited.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, the security of your login credentials, API keys and transaction PIN, and all activity carried out under your account.
3. Lawful use and consent
You must only submit verification requests where you have a lawful basis and valid customer consent. Do not use Identro for fraud, harassment, unauthorised surveillance or unlawful data processing.
4. Wallet and fees
Wallet-funded services are debited according to configured pricing. Refunds, reversals or failed requests are handled through platform rules, provider responses and support review.
5. Merchant and agent obligations
Merchants are responsible for their agents, pricing configuration, customer communications and API usage. Agents must only onboard customers honestly and in line with Identro rules.
6. API usage
API keys must be protected. Identro may throttle, suspend or revoke API access for misuse, security risk, unpaid obligations or policy violation.
7. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but some verification services depend on third-party providers, government registries, payment processors and network availability.
8. Limitation
Identro provides verification and workflow infrastructure. Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the requesting user, agent, merchant or organisation.
9. Updates
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
